• People's Republic of Korea (North Korea), Iran, Iraq, Libya, Afghanistan, Congo, Cote d'Ivoire, Lebanon, Liberia, Sierra Leone, Somali Democratic Republic (Somalia), Sudan, Eritrea, Syria, Cuba, Central African Republic and South Sudan;

2. Used for the purpose of any of the following end-use:

•  Any military use, 
• Development, production, use, or storage that are associated with nuclear, nuclear fusion, missile and/or unmanned aircraft,
• Development, production, use, or storage of chemical materials, microorganisms, toxic substances that are associated with any military/defense organization.
